NOTE FOR USER:  When you make your reservation, you will be required to pay a reservation/cleaning deposit. For your protection, you should make a pre-event inspection of the premises and notify the Facility Supervisor of any discrepancies that might later affect your refund.  Your group is responsible to clean up after use of facilities.  This deposit is also a facility reservation deposit, and it will NOT be refunded if you cancel your event without providing 14 days notice. 

• Total fees must be paid 5 days in advance of user’s event.
   
• There are five public restrooms on the property.  Groups having more than 200 attendees will be required to provide additional portable toilets at one per additional 50 attendees.

·        Reservation Invoice must be filled out for each request accompanied by deposit.  Click Here for Reservation Invoice in pdf format.  You can fill out online and print.

• Confirmation Retreats have Special Price:  $100 plus $75 for use of kitchen.  NO Deposit.

·        Wedding Receptions Price:  $400-$600  with Deposit of $100 

·         Quinceanera Price:  $500 to $900 with Deposit of $100 (this is for use of courtyard and kitchen- the west stage & lawn.) 

·        To rent entire facility for festival, dances and other events fee is $800 - $2,000 with a deposit of $150. 

·        West field and stage for large groups will be $500 - $800 depending on the attendees.  Check with office for final price.
